Return Policy

• We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Returns are only accepted for purchases made within the UAE.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered

• Items without original packaging or tags

• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@senso.ae within 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.

3. Our team will guide you on the return procedure and pickup/delivery arrangements.

Note: Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
